All payments will be received in Cash/Bank Draft. No payment by cheque will be entertained.
The dealers who make advance payment for supply of batteries, their orders will be confirmed on the day they make payment. The rate will be confirmed on the date of payment.
If advance payment is not made. The order for supply will be confirmed but the rate of the battery will be applicable on the date of payment.
The dealers will have to make payment on delivery of goods at their destination.
Please note that FOR facility will be provided upto dealer's godown only.
The goods which are sent by TRANSPORT, the purchaser will bear all the expenses e.g FOR JALANDHAR.
All disputes if any will be settled in Jalandhar only.
The rates are of exclusive of all the taxes.
Claim

The dealers will have to inform about the quantity of claims prior to placing further orders. No claim will be entertained which is outside the preview of our claim policy.
The battery should be used only for the purpose for which it is made. If it is used for any other purpose the claim if any will not be entertained.
If it is found in our laboratory that the battery for which claim has been made, has not been used for the purpose for which it is made the claim will be rejected and the battery will be returned to you.
Delivery
