MAXIMUM CONTROLLED SULPHATION
Grids used in our batteries is made up of high grade lead that has been tested in the laboratories. This ensures minimal loss of water through evaporation and therefore resulting in low sulphation.

Manufacturing of grids is done with Automated Injection Moulding Machines. This ensures that the all grids have standard weight, perfect size and no wastage.

HIGH STORAGE CAPACITY
Lead oxide paste used in our products is manufactured in-house only, using automated machinery to ensure control over consistency and quality. Our specially formulated lead oxide mixture has higher storage capacity.

MORE LIFE CYCLES
All SHARP heat-sealed batteries come with imported Japanese glass separators. This increases the life of the battery plate and consequently improves the life cycles of the battery.

QUICK START
The battery plates used in all SHARP batteries are cured before assembling the battery. This curing process increases the starting power of the battery.
